To his ecellincy Gov Vance Dear Sir I am a
cabinet Workman and a black smith by
trade i hant been able to work
any for the last six months i was
under the 35th act and never has been
a ble to go to camp i was 23
years old the 14th day of July
this has been my trad ever since
i was large a nough to work I cant
doo half the work my nabors wants done
i hope you will permit me to stay
at home and work for the pubblic
I hope i will here from you your respectflly
