Words for the Purpose of ob-
taining a Dis carge Final
From all military duty
I know Re late you my Situation
I am in my twenty Third year
and Have Had the White
Sweling in my Leg and Foot
about twenty one yeares
Which Has taken away all
my foot or very neare it and
I Will asshure you That my Leg
is one fourth part as Larger
as it out to bee and at the
Preasant There is a Runing
Sore on the bottom of my
Cl[??] near about all over
it Which is as large as the
[??] of youre Hand

Cirtificate our Miletary
