I am well the boys is all well except

liers chapman is dead and burried [1]
Hee was bur ried yes ted day he was
Sick three days but he is now
At rest wee all have to dy and wee doant
no when i have noth ing mutch to right
Reck i want you to Save my lead and yorne
Reck i have got me a pistol and i want
you to Save my lead until i come home
And Save yorne too and when
I come home me and you
will Shoot hit
I must come to a close by Saing
fair you well
