Sir I am done picking of cotten I finish yestiday just at knight I mad 152075 lbs of seed cotten I will get threu gining about Monday or Tusday I think I will cill my hogs as soon as the wither tum coald again I should hav cill Monday or Tusday if I hav had sallt I will send the waggon up this evning after that salt and I wish you would send me a jar to [??] hold creem as I shall kneed mine when I cill hogs Sir will you let me hav the Balance of my meet when I cill your hogs fer it seemes that ther is no drove meet coming inn this Neightborhood this yer and if ther was I hav not got the money to by with pleas send me word whether you will let md hav any of yours or not as I am geting oneasey about somthing to eat for the next year I was up at Woodvill yestiday ther is room on the scaffle I wish you to send me word whether you want me to commence halling my cotten off or not this the 14 of December 1855
