Ga July the 27 1863 Mr. D. C Barrow
Sir I recieved yours on the 27 of this presant month stating that you Was looking out men to attend to business for you the Next year I Should Like to Git a place for the next year and I Should Like to hear from you and know What you ar willing to Gave me and to know the place you Want a man and if I thinke We can traid I Will try and Be at your house Some time from the 11 of August to the 15 of the Same month you Stated in yours Somthing about my drinking of liquor I have quit that Ever Since I left oglethorpe County and God Being my helper I Entend to Stay So the Ballance of my days I intende to try By the helpe of my Blessed Savior to try and make my Weight from this World of trouble to a [??] World of Joy and and peace I Want to Git a home in that house knot maid with handes Eternal in the hevens of that it may Be Each of hour Lotes to Get there is my heartes desire [??] prar to God I Want you to naseer this as Soon as you Get this if you pleas.
