My Dear wife
and Child again I seat my Self the third
time to drop you a fiew linds to in form
you thru kind proverdens I Can Say that
I am well at this time hoping when theas linds

well and doing well well Margret tha is
Sum hops of the boys Getting home ther
is sum talk of the Company being
transfurd over for the war and if thar
tha will Get fifty dolars bounty and
sixty days furlo and if tha are I will be
all so I have Got my fifty Dolars bounty
and will Sind it to you in this letter
by Dr Fullar to papa and he will bring it
to you Margret you must keep five Dolars
out for mea I have Got what I left home
with if i should Get a furlow to Cume home
before I draw my wages I wold not have
enouf to take mea home and back and
if E Gaines have not made no other
rangesments you must let him have
five Dolars or tin Dolars it is all
in one bill you must take it to

him and he will Change it for you
You must Get every thing you want
be foure you pay it our and Get darling
Child what she needs bless her little hart
I would be the Gladest to see you and her

after Getting what you need for if I Shold
Get sick that is dangerous I want you

need any Corn and fodder you must

String hamp and Martin and I would not
pay out any more Jest now I Sent one
letter to Father since I have bin hear
