you in over two weeks I am very

letter you rit and am very anctious
to no whether you have got the hundred
Dolars that I Started to you the 3 of
January let mee no Soon from you I am
oneasy a bout it the last letter I got
from you Stated that my letters did
not go thru Strait and I am afraid
that the hundred dolars did not Get
there els you would of rit before now

Margret I recived a letter from John
Devenport this last week hee has tuck mee
up at my last ofer I am to alow him
3000 dolars for his bottomes and hee is to
alough me fifteen hundred for my cotton
hee Sint mee two nots 7 hundred and 50
dolars each intrust from date I was
inhopes that I would of got a letter
from you this week or your pap one I
rit to you boath consurning it but
as I did not recive nary one I have Sined
the notes and will Start them to him
in the morning it is a big prise but the coton
is a prise and ever thing els tha have
raised our wages So as I think I will be able
to Sind one hundred dolars home every
month if I Should keep well hee is to
give you bond for title as you hant
nobody to tind the bottomes rint thim out
this year for as mutch as you can Get
and plant the nue ground and the fresh
peas from the hous to the spring in corn
and if nothing prevents another year
So the land you plant in corn and the
hilsides in wheat and perhaps you can Get
