My dear wife itis with pleasure that I Seat
Myself to drop you afew lines to let you
know tha iam well at presant and ihope
these few lines finde you and my little babe
bouth well and ihope you may to still
remain sow my dear wife iam to say to
you that ihaft to start of to marrow
wee haf to chook one days rasens and to start
soon my loving wife idont want you to
Greave after mee for it will do now good
Francis iwill send you one doller and
twenty cts that ihav now use for and I
want you to try and be obedent to you
make and to pray for mee ever Chance
you get and iwill doo the same god bless you
