the rest all well i am at the same camp yet

over in virginnia the other side of Richmond right
where i am not Satisfide it is very sickily her
at this time tha are dieing very fast her there
is no telling how long we Shall Stay her other
Regiments is leaveing her a round us going
down to the valleys About one hundred or
more if we git down there we Shall be clear gon out
of hearing near About i want to leave this
place but i want to come to old north caroliner if
i could we dont git meate only About once a
day we git bread a plenty Robert has been Sick
for four day So he can hardly keep up he
has got a mighty bad coal he Said he
thought he had two chills it makes him
feel mighty bad i Receivd your letter you
wrot dated the 8 i Received it 15 of August
which i wase glad to hear you wase all well
i have not got no letter from Angeline

i want her to write to me the people is
very good to one a other her in our compay
i am with my friends of moore county me and
william is clost to gether if we git over
in the valles i Shall write to you but i
can not tell whether it will com or not
one letter will don for william and me
as we are clost to gether when we write one
do for us both william has not got no
letter from his wife sence he has been
in virginnia we want our wifes
to us and you two i have not got
time to write as i want to i want to
