me while we wer on Relieaf
2 hours on and 4 of[f] we are ha
ving a good time hear we
have a good meany Folks
up hear to se us I Charles Lu
ce and David Mancfield hear
now John has just has
caled out the men for
Dril Lieutenant Whiting is

I have got clear of standing
Gard for tonight and did
Frank to By going out to
Dril we have to dril about 1 ½

the Acting Major say just
as we came in from dril a
few minutes ago that there
was over a thousand men here
now and had reported to head
quarters we hav a nough to
eat and that is neat and
clean Fernand just told
me to tel that he was alright
he and Tobias has just gon
out on gard in Frank and mines
place I was downtown yest
erday and saw William
Stikney and he was about as
drunk as you pleas and

folks were al well but they
mised us very mutch for it
were so dul that it seamed
