Biography:
Franklin Marshall (b. ca. 1842) was a farm laborer from Summit County, Ohio. He mustered into service as a private in Co. H, 104th Ohio Infantry on August 5, 1862 (age 21). He was transferred to Co. C, 23rd Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps on January 22, 1864 and mustered out on July 13, 1865.
