eyes will cary. all coverd with snow

Darling I drop you afew
lines to let you no how I am getting
alonge. I am well as common hoping
theas few lines will find you in the
best of health. we halve camped at
look out mountain. we marched
16 days, 180 miles we crost the
corner of Alabama then the corner of
Georgia we are camped in tennessee
stand picket in georgia
the morning of the 22 of this
month it snowed till noon fast
as ever I saw it. at noon it was 12 inch
deap. our camp is very mudy the
small pox is still in the regiment
I halve not heard from home
sence early in February. theire
is about 12 thousand troops in this
valley. last saturday I was on review

men every whare. I marched
evry stept through meany hun
dread gave out on the road
