you know I got your letter dated July the 16
you thought mite not Come it come soon
but I am very glad to get another this one
Come soon dated July 26th and I got it 30 July
you thought wright that one with out P V on
it mite not Come altho it Come all right
I am very glad to still get that wlcome news
you are well and in good helth it is mutch
Comfort to me here to get that news from
you I am much pleased you write so often
you know I am glad to hear from you
and the Childern still write often and
I will too I am thankful I can say to you I am well
I hope you may still injoy good health when
this Comes home to you you dont know how
well I wood like to Come with it I think you
woodent readit it I Could tell all that is in
it and more too well Mother the time
may not be long I hope until we Can
talk together we will take your advice and
pray more and with good faith the Lord
will bring all things right and me home
to you dear Mother that will be the happest
day of my life I often thought how I wood feel
if I was Comeing in sight of home I think my soul
wood be fild with praises to the Lord

dont let that report about going to texas
troble you it is not so I will Come home
first so we Can both start together
you must go along I Cannot go to texas without
you along dear Mollie dont let any reports
different from what I write troble you
dont dont believe them I will write to you the
truth all I know still I must tell you we
are still in Norfolk I Cant tell you enny
thing elce yet I still hope the name may
soon Change to Harris burg or Clover Creek
or on that Course some place
I wrote you a letter day before yesterday I think you
will get that and this both together next saturday
the [?] of August I got your last one today and I
send you this to let you know they Come
all write I ast you you in my other letter
to send me one or two dollars if you Can spare
it if you havent got it dont bother your self
about it if you have small change fifty Cent
pices send me a dollar of that if you havent
a dollar note or two note green back and if you havent
eny dont got to eny bother I orto send you money in
stead of asking you for money if you have eny to send
send it too the office on monday or tuesday after you get
this you Can maby Martha Could take it to the
furnace and send it to Martins burg I will write
to aurandt before long about that gold mater maby he will
send for us if we think best to send maby I mite get home
in time to see after it I must close I give you in Gods
