Raleigh NC Monday June
Dear wife
I will drop you a fiew
lines to let you know that I am
well and I Hope this scribling
will find you and all the Rest
Rnjoying the same Blessing I
Havent Recieved a letter from you
since a week ago to day and that
was he one that Bill Jones
ftched with Him when He
came back to the Regt well
we are Here yet but I guess
this week we are going to
Bring home our Arms and
Accouterments with us I cant
tellwhen we will go Home
but we Expect to Be Home
in the forepart July if nothing
Happens more than we know of

I guess if we get away from Here
this week I shant write anny
more letters to you we will go
from Here to Philadelphia
and when I get there I will
write and let you know when
we will get Home you Had
better not write annt more
letters unless I write again
the Boys are all well and verry
anxious to Get Home myself
with the Rest no more at present
