in forming you that I am
well a presant and I hope thes

same As I am in Dixkey
now I have not got any
worde from home since I
left Phila I have sent 2
litters I have not got any
yet donte now wether you
are dead are a live. Well I
have travled about 150 miles
on foot the first 8 . 9 Dayes
first we went to Arlington
hights after we left Washington
then to fort crege the [??]
in 2[5?] mile of Poolville and
then back to Washington
then to Tinnelltowen and

then to Gorgetown the[n] to forte
Corckin about 5 miles from
Gorgtown then to Farefax
and now we Expec to go
to Harpers Feary that is about
70 miles from hear I cant
rite much fore I have the
team to ten to Fore I am
[????] drive team now
halling the Stafe Offercis
things now . I have 4 little
mules hear all green and
never had a halter on be
fore I got them and pape
nose wat they are. so
I must stop for they are
colling fore the teams to
hitch up. so Good by to
