my Dear Husband
I now write a few lins to you hopeing they
will find you in good health as thay
us at prasent this is my seckond letter
this week I recived your letter that cam
in Michel Dalton he brought it over to me
and I was glad to get it I got your
your other letter the day before you told
me not to get tite when you got pade
off well I wount if you dont send me
aney money I ant got enof I think I
shall have to goe to work soone we had
a verey havey storm a gain on wedensday
night and I thougt about you I think
it must be hard on you I want you to
take as much care of your self as you can
I wish you could get them shirts
thay would be so warm for you now
their is a grate maney troops going
don to day people are very anxious to
hear the new I will send you to days
paper with this letter and some stamps
I will send you more in the next write
to me often for Mrs Eliot sayes I never
laugh onely when I get a letter from you
