Nabers Family Collection

John W. Nabers (the name is also spelled Nabors) was from Clarke County, Georgia. He enlisted as a private in Co. K, 3rd Gerogia Infantry on April 25, 1861. Nabers as wounded at the Battle of Malvern Hill on July 1, 1862 and died of chronic dysentery at Staunton, Virginia on March 22, 1863.
