Campt Near Richmond Va June 14 1862
Dear mother
I take my pen in
hand this morning to Drop you
afew lines to let you that I am
well at this time and I hope when
you get this it may find you and the
Rest of the family the same I recived
youre letter the 1rst day of June and
was verry Glad to here from you you
stated in youre letter that you had
sent me some Clothing But I have
not Got them I would like verry
much to get them for I have not
got any I would have ancered it
Before now But we have Bin

the chance to go any where at all
I Stole of[f] the Other day and went
Over to the 3rd Ga Regiment I Saw
all the Boys that went from Haynville
and I went to the 45 Ga Regiment
and saw Ransome and his Brothers
I will close write soon Direct youre
letters to Richmond va in care of
Captin G.. W.. Wimberly Company K
11th Ga Regment tell Buck Howdy
