Came to my hands this Evening and I was glad
to here from you but Sorry to here that
you had bin Sick I am in hops that this will
Reach you and find you well this letter
leavs me and Brother both in goud health
and Doing well as may bee Expected you Said that
the men was going of[f] I want you to tell me who
of the men is Coming off you all So Said that
youre Brother was going to leave I do wish that
he would come to my Company I want you
to try to get him to do it if you See him
before he leaves I would bee mity Glad to
see him Or Any boddy Elce that I no in
that Cuntry Well ma we Air Expecting to
have another fight here in this Naber
houd it is mity hot to have to fight now
but if nothing Elce will Do the yankees but
