Dear Brothers
I will endever to write you a few lines
to let you know how wee are wee are all
up but not well Pa has bin sick severl
days he is beter to day but not able to
work he has got the flux Julia and the
childern is well she has got hear wheat
cut thought it had fell down so she dident
save much of it I dont know whether wee
will try to cut eney of ouers or not Pa said
if he was well he would try to cut som
of it as he is not willing to pa[y] the dolle
a day as for oats there will be nu[n] to cut
the balence of the crop looks tolerble well
though wee are giting behind with work since
Pa has bin sick Julia & Mary & I went to
hard rock la[s]t Sunday to hear them taulk
a bout fasting as som of them do not
believe in it tell G W Channell that
I saw his litle Girl Miss More & she
is as prity as ever write so[o]n give my
love to all the Boys let me hear from you
so[o]n as you can your sister as ever
