not well but I am on the mend I think I am vry
weak yet I am so that I can nock about ovr
toun I hope thes few lines my find you all
well the Solger in the hos pittal ar getting
well & going to ther regiments Carie this is a
great Sity I went to church last Sunday
I heard a presbeyan preacher preach for the first
time I like him vry well thay hav preachen
evry Sunday evn for the solgers the methodis evry
thursday if I had you to go to church with me I would
like it much beter but I enJoyet the best I
can & you know that is bad I dont see much
enjoyment hear I get lite bread enuf for
diner super & brefens I get lite bred & coffee
the brd dont have know Salt nor gres in it

want to eate one more meals vitls of your
cuokin befor I die I cant tell how bad I want
to see you & the children Carie I hav not heard
from you sens I left ga it luoks like I never will

you got it or knon & I would lik to know
whether you evr got your trunk & rice I sent
you or knon I want you to write as soon as
you get this give me all the nuse how the crops
