morning I was more then glad to hear that you
was well for I hadden heard from you in

well hoping they may find you all well
we ar liing hear I dont know what
minet we will leave nor whir we will
go tho I expect we will go back in marylan
if we do we will sufer we nevr maide
any thing by going befor thir is some
talk of ower begade going back to savannah
in a bout a month I dnt know

we have to stay up hear this winter I don
know what will becom of us the nite

last nite for frost Carie if you
sent any clos by Eli I expect they ar
lost Col Eavns landed yesterday
he sed he left Eli at Stanton in the
hospitle he was not able for Servis he
had a bundle for E Haris & lost it I can
drau know clos nor money & if I had
evr So much money I could bey
any thing thoug I have ten dolars on
hand yet I would have had more
but I have to bey so much when I
