I take my pen in hand to let you no
that I am well at this presant
time I hope when this letter come
to hand it may finde you all weell
you Statede in your last letter that
vincen was gon to war I dont
exspect to got not before spraing I
Stardede to war 3 times and com
back ever time we was not
mustede in to Survers sow we got
to come back last sadday Ecekel is weell
I will tell you that I want 40 or 50
dolers by chrismous if you please sende
me that murch by all meanes in the
wolde I dont what to do unless you do
sende me 50 or 40 dolers I want to come
home by the fust of march I wonte to
be at home and I cannot come unless
you sende me some money I no you can
sende me that murcy 50 dolers
I wonte to come home and bring Ecekel
two you must sende it if you do
hafter bore it please sende me that
lettle and I will come home A V Broach
