Dear Brother I have taken the pportunity
of writing you a few lines to inform
you that I am not well at this time but
I hope that those few lines may find
you all well William I would like
to see you and all the rest of the
folks but I dont know when I
will See you all a gain for I am
a goin to richmon of virginia
next wednesday I dont know as
I ever will See you a gain tell
John that he promast to write
to me but I have never have
recived no letter from him
you yet John I heard that you
C. F. Futch
was married and I want you
to write to me if it is So
Elizabeth Taylor hear is a few
lines from your son Alford
Mother I am well at this
time and I hope that those few
lines may find you the Same
blesing I hope that I will
See you a gian C F Futch sends
his love to John W. Taylor
and says that he must write
to him So nothing more at
