Nancy I hav seated my
self this morning for the purpos of
answerin your interestin leter which
I hav Just recievd I was glad to lern
that the ladys and gentlemen engoid
them selves so well at the camp met[?]
you told me who all had [???] and
who did not those that did not hav
any they will hav one som time
I think which will take good care
of them I think for they hav left
ther homes all redy for the purpos
of kepin the invaders of our soil
and I think a man that will take
care of his country will take care
of the women but the best
I lernt was that so meny had
profest to do good for the time to com
which I hope and trust that they
will. I hav writen you a leter cence
Johon Bonden got back which
I guess you got before you now
but I hav coclded to send you
another and let you know how
I am getin a long I am as well
as I ever was and very well
satisfied more so than commen
for I can hear preachin evry sundy
and prars evry night which is
my delight

you said that you would send me
is all right for I will bee gad
to get them and any thing els
that you can send me the prob
ability is that you can send so
mthing by capten Kelly when
he comes back for I gess that he
will fetch a good may things
