Dear Nancy I seat my
self this morning for the purpos
writein you a few lines which
will inform you that I am well
and I hope thes few lines may
find you well and in good
spirit Nancy I am looking
for a leter from you evry day
for I hav writen to you cence
you hav to me but Mr Sheek is
a goin to start home and I thout
that I would write you a few lines
and send by him and I want you
to write to as soon as you can for I
want to here from you and
all the balance of you and write
how Marts John is getin a long
with the girls and where he
goes mostly and write how my
folkes are for it is very seldem
that I get any leters from them
I wont write m in this for I ma

that you can if it is nothing but
