I seat my self this evning for the
purpos of writen yo a few lines to
let you know that I am well and I
hope these few lines will find you
the same I can say that I hav engoid
my self tolerable well this christmus
but not as well as I could if I had
a been at home or at som big play
in davie . Nancy I can tell you one
but that you know with out me teling
you but I mention it as long as I hav
started to and it is this I am getin very
anxious to go home and see my foulkes
I would like very well to see you too
and I think before three months longer
I will see you becous we can get
furlow as soon as we get in our cabins
we hav got them nearly don I think
we can finish them in two weekes

to my name I think that I can get off
between this and easter then is when I
had rather com but if can get off
sooner ov corse I wont object I think
that I will hav a great many things
to tel you all for I hav seen a great deal
and experienced somthing too I will close
about the goin home part by saing that
I will bee sure to com if I get the chance

calub Bowden sais that her and george
Hartman is a goin to get maried
if ther are a goin to bee any more
wedings pleas let me know and
I try to atend to them all if poseable
