Dear uncle & ant I drop you a few
lines to let you no I am well & harty
hoping those few lines may reach
& find you the same this is the first
time I have had the chance to write
cince I left home the next day
after I returned to camp we got
orders to march & we have bin
marching & fiting every scince I
will give you a list of the Kiled
& wounded in our compny Kiled
