at the Hospittle now sick i hav

i have been very sick but i am
better now i think i will be
up in a few days and truly hop
when thes few lines come to hand
they may find you well Well, i receivd
them things you sent me i thank
you for it it done me good to get
things from home i got my close in
good time i was about barfooted tha
fited me well i think tha will
