Dear Sister I received your kind letter a few day since
Which found me and the rest of the family in reasonable
good helth and hopes thes few lines will reach and find
you and family injoying the same good blessing i have nothin
of intres to write to you but Such as I have i wil give
unto the I have bin to onslow since I saw you I enjoyed
mi viset finely old miss Jorden was verry glad to see me
wuld you a believe it I wente to the consert to the richlan
as two and we had A very fine time of it tel Amanda that
I saw the sap sucker ther two but he didnt look so hansom
a mung so meney Marenda and family was well Joseph is
at home yet I saw leters from [?]ader William & James harvey
tha was all well sum one had stolen every thing William hade
but what he had on him poor feler he is unfortunate hanah
sends her best respects to you and ses you must tri and
captivate old mr B H I gues you will no who that is give
mi best repect to the miss Jones es and to miss Dells Salley
Dident your finger ake after writing such along letter to me
wright soon and let me hear from you it is verry cold
to nite and so i will close by biding you good Nite
