Dear loveing wife I Sit mi Sit mi
Self don this morning to drop you
afew lines to let you no that me
and mi dear Son is well at presat
and I hope and pray to god mi heaven
ley father when those few lines
cums to your dear loveing hands
that tha will find you and all
of our dear loveing children well
and adooing the best you can
Dear love I can Say to you that I
received your kind letter that you
rote the 10th of this month last nite
and I was verry glad to hare from
you one time more and to hare
that you was all well and god bless
your Sweete darling life I hope to
See you agane in this world and
all of mi darling children and
live with you agane til death
parts us

in the box you Sent me last
I Sent it buy exspress and
I dident mark mi things all
the thisngs that is mark is Mr
glberts and Mr haveysons
and Mr Smyre has one jug
car Sent his Coate in the
box and I give Mr Cemuel
robison the bill to take home
to you and when the box gis to
newton you can gitit and leave
the markt things at the post office
