Deer father I seet my self this mor

know that i am gitting sum Better
i was taking Sick on the 4th off august
i stad in camp too weaks then i was
send to Richmond to the hosptil and
i hav been her aver sens i have been
very sick and i am very weak yet
But i think that i am gitting
Better now tha was ten days that
i never got out off the hous i hav
not taking the measles yet i dont
think i will i hav got the same
Com plant that i la sick with
at home so long the Dr tends
on mee very well he coms to see
mee twist a day my far is torable

i left camp he was not very

from home three or four weaks
the last i herd i got a letter
