Morn Ing to let you now that i am
well and all of the boys Is well
And when thes few lins comes
to hand I hope that hit will finde
you all well I have no thing mutch
to right Wee air campd too miles
from Richmon the weather
Is verry hot out hear crops
loocks verry well Some corn
Is as hy as my head Whheat
Is Splended the men is all putty
broake down Wee have bin march
ing and fight ing So [??]
I have bin S[orter?] Sick but i am gitting

will start home in 4 or five
days ande then I will Sende you
