A fiew lines to let you
know that I am well at
this time and hope this
will finde you in good
health I started A letter
saurday but as I have A
chance I will write A little
M. M. Blakely is very sick [1]
Tom. Todd has bin sick he [2]
is better Pres. devoil is [3]
sick Doctor Shands and
Tom. todd and Pres Devoil are
going to start home this
morning I think that
we will all bee sick if we
stay statun here this summer

move from here to marrow
but I dont know where
we are going to you said
that you was knitting me
A pair of sock if you have
them done when tom Todd Started
back you can send them
by him I would like for
you to make me A pair
of cotton breeches and send
them same time I have
nothing more to write
at this time I remain
your brother till Death
