I once More imbrace the present opportunyty
of Droping A few Lines to Let you No
how I am geting on I Still to day
enjoying one of Gods blesings that is
health A blesing that is worth More than all
the treasurs of the world or that is in the world
& yet hoping you are enjoying Likewise
this is About three oclock P..M. Saterday
eavening it is Clear & pleasent hear I tell you
that I feel Like I wanted to be at home this
eavening but we Live to far Apart to Viset
each other of Seaterday eavenings
Father I havent No important News to write
you though we have A great deal of News hear
& Mite be interesing to you to read, the Lates
News I have is from Misure whitch Came to [1]
Day that is it is Reported that General Price
has had A Nother attack with the enemy

this week The Report of the batle is that General
Price has killed one thousand & taken Great
Many Prisners & that he also had put the
enemy in A flite & was Still in persout
the Loss on our Side has Not bin reported
by estimated & Suposed to be but few
I bleive I have writen all the News
that is of interest
I will bring My Short Leter to A
