you and my famley but i was sorrey lern that
my wif was sick and likewis the mis fortin of mr
milers and lunday But deth has noe re spect of person
i have ben un well for sum tim but i am on the mend
and i am in hopes that i will git up shortley but god
noes how it will turne out i rot to you a bout going
to Johnsons to git that monney and i hav rot to Johnson
and i ant a goin to wait one day for if he dose not pay
as son as i send for it he will proteste the contract
and i am not bound one minnet longer and he may
com and tak his one plase for i wont stay on ouer longer
i will send his bond as soon as i can git to town and send it

noe whether my famley has gote the cumfertes of
