Dear Judia I thin Eavening am in the solders home in
Richmond I got here this day noon. I am well as common
I have got so I can eate enough for two men we had to
lay over at Lynchburg all knight last knight so
I eate out every thing I had before I got here. I do
not know what to write you hardel y I may leave to go
to my redgament in the morning but I am not certen
I may stay here until Tuesday. The Redgment I learn
is at Fedrickburg and I will not have to march but
4 miles to get to them I am glad of that if it bee true
so if I start tomurrow I will get there the same day
I recon. Judia I want you to write to me soon for
I am verry anchious to here from home. I am
fearful that Johns hert Will injure his Eye tell
me how it looks and how he taks it I wish I had of let
him go with that evening I never will forget how good he
obeyed me that evening when I star[t]ed. Judia do the
best you can for your self. sell your bork as soon as you
want to for it may not get any better time to sell and sell
to whoom you which. and hire harriett at any price nearley
I did aim to say sevrel things to you but circumstances prevented
