and Childrean I seat my Sef
to drop you a few lins to lette
you now that I am a getting
Able for drill a gain but I
ant got Shet of the Boul Complaint
yet I can say to you that there
is a good deal of Sick ness in this
camp and a good meny of our men
is Sick there is 2 or 3 that is
Very bad With Nomonia their was
a man Kild him Sef hear night
before last he was in the hospital
and it was thought he was out
of his head he was found with
a Double Barld pistoll in his
pcket after he was Dead the Ball
went rite threw his Breast They
was a Battle own black Water and
and our Side whipt the Enemy
Very Bad we heard the canons here
