Dear Brother
I will informe you
that I receved you kind and Ever well =
com litter and I was very glat to hear from you
and I see in your letter that you in the
Hospitle in Washington and that you
leg is better that it was when I Receved
the other letter. now Peter I will tell
you it is you best wat when you stay
in the Hospitle til you leg is Hald
intirely. It may be if you go to the Regt
ment that you leg sorrer agen you must
becareful with you leg in that Climenet
it will not Hale so soon that at home in
our part of country. And Futher I let you
know that my food wich I hat
frost is all well at present and Im
very glat that it is so I tell you that
could hardley walk about fore weeks
and did miss all the slayrite til this
weeke. but this weeke I have tow slayrite
I till you that we have plantey snow
this winter I do not know that we have
so much snow in my life.
and I let you know that the peopel talk
much about the war shall be settle
til about 3 month but I think that is
all Humbuck that is all wat I know
fer this time I will come to a close
by saying that you father and
mother all well at present and all your
