oppertunity of wrighting
you A Few Lines
To informe you that
I am well at prsent
hopeing this few Lines
may find you in
the same state of
good health and
fother we are getting
along prety well
But we have got
in A great diffy
Culty with the
6 corps they came
down and [?????]
on our division [yesterday?]

them we run the
bayonets into them
and they say they
are going to charge
on our redgement
fore helping to catch
them so we half to
put out pickets
every night to watch
fore if they come
we half to fight
them ore Leave our
gates our redgement
is very small just
now the one years
men Left yesterday
and our kernal
and major aint
to harris burg A yesterday
