Dear Sister
I take
my seat this moring to answer your
letter which cam to hand a fiew
days a go, Fannie I have know knews
to wright the Boys are all well
Peat and Add has goten back
safe they say they had a nise time
while theye ware on furlow I would
like to get a furlow a bout
this time but that is imposable
it is know youse to think a bout
a furlow, Fan I do knot think they
will bee any fighting down hear soon
they have sent hour Ordnance back
to Guina and sent the horses to Bever
Dam and they sent the Artilery horses
all back too so if the yankees
would come a cross they would ketch
us in a bad fix but I do knot
think they will come a ctoss down hear
