you know that I am well at
the present time hopin that
those few lins ma find you
all well I hav had 2 spells
of the billious fever in June
and it went prety hard with
me tilmon it is the hardest
times her that I ever saw
and wors A cumin we ant
makin eny thing her corn is
worth from A dollar an A haf
to 2 dollars per bushal meet
from 20 to 25 cents per pond
flower is from 12 to 15 dollars
per barel and all hard to
get at that I tell you Jerden
is A hard road to paddle her
at this time I am farmin to my
self this year I am cultivatin
A bout 20 akers 6 or 7 corn the
balernce in cotton my corn
is vary sarry
