Dear Wife I once more Seat my
Self to let you now that I Receivd
your kind letter and was glad
to hear from you that you and
the boys was well and doing well
I can inform you that I am well
at this time and I cincerely
Hope when these few lines come
to hand they may find you
in the same state of health
Dear wife you stated in your
letter that you had no body to
Stay with you yet I cant help
it if you cant get none I Want
you to injoy your time as good [1]
Well as you can and dont do
any more than you ought to do
you stated in your letter that
Some of the Concrips Refused to
go I Wish they mite Stay but
I fear they will put themselvs
in trouble before they get throo
with it they will the Steel

my mess I can only Say that
Daniel pope and alfunso Hoke is
our Cooks and all the Catfish
Coner is in one mess Some twenty
eight me and Miles Drum and
Daniel Huffman and Hosia Huffman

and lanson Huffman levi isaac and
john isaac in tother these eight

come over but he aint come yet

go no where we have to drell
