Camp near Richmond va
Dear wife I Seat my Self this morning
to inform you that I am well at this
time but I Cincerely hope when those
few lines come to hand they ma find
you all well and all injoying good
health I can inform you that we had
six days Rain here and very cold when
I get A leter I will tell More about
those Maters I Rote A leter Since
I Recived your letter and I dont know
What is the Reason I cant get one
I Can inform you that we have preachen
at times preacher miler is here preacher
Car Henkel he preachd for us last
nite he baptised two and Confermed
sixteen and he will preach to day
Dear Wife I would like to be at home
for it is hard to be here sick I
Wish that I cold have Some Cabadge
and Taters and good frute but it
aint worth while to send here I dont
Want yo to Send any thing without
I Send for it but I Will send
you two Rings and I send one for
one of the boys which it may fit
