Dear wife I Seat my Self with pleasure to let you
know that I am well and hearty Since you left
and was glad to receivd A kind leter from you this
Morning to hear that you got home Safe and found
all well you Stated that jack was gone. I. thout . that
there is no depend in Such peapel the best way is
to have nothing to do with Such peple and let them
go in time and dont get disaponted any more
Dear wife I Sincerely hope when those few lines
Comes to hand they will find you ingoying good
health Dear wife I Can inform you that we ar
at our old Camp yet and no news at this time
the wether is most beautyful I would like to be at
home now the best in this world turn over

travel So brave I would get you to Come down this

if you would get three or four galons of brandy from
franklin yount if it aint too dear brandy is geting
very high hear you can ingage it and Spend Some
Some five or Six days if you can leave home it will
pay you well you Can Make two hunderd dolers if
you Can get some onions Some froot Eggs and Some
buter I dont want you to Come onless you Can
