with pleasure to let you now that I
am well at this time and I hope
when those few lines comes to
hand they will find you all well
Dear wife I can inform you that
I have bin riting every few days
I couldent hear from you I Must
Stil rite I can inform you thoo
times is hard hear as any whear
elce I Can inform that baken
is worth 9 dolers per pound
Corne is worth 50 dolers A
bushel turn over

barrel is worth three hundred
dolers and evry thing is high
thear Dear wife I want you to
rite to me as Time may Soot
