I Seat my Self down to drop you
afew lines to let you know that
i am well at present hoping when
theas few lines comes to hand they
may find you enjoying the same
kind blessing I am at Salsberry and
I will Stay hear tell Monday and
we will gow to Ralleigh and Stop
their a day or two I dont exspect
we will get to Richman before the
last of the week it may be that
we will get their agence wesday
I got hear abowt twelve oclock Saturday
I will tell yow how we faird last
night we slep in the old feild with
owt any tents over us I Spred down
my bed tick and Spred my blanket
over me I Rested very well they put
out gards they put nine out our
