Mother and sister I take
my pen inhand to let yow
know that I am well at
present only I am very Stiff
bwt all the boys is so I

Battle is over we are back at
owr old camps and got phix
wp Again I Serpose we will
Still Stay hear on I was with
the boys tell Satwrday night
we march So fwr that when we got
in line of battle we was all might

I went with them on the charge

battle and marching on them

Chanister four Rounds wounded
Some of our men we was
exspose to Shells ever day
from the time we Started
from our camps we give
them Acomplete whipen
