My Diear wife I Seat my self
with pleasure to Drop you A
few lines to inform you that
I am well & hopin theas lines
will Reach your Distsant hand

well I neglected to rite to

got out of the box which we sent
home from Charlston Mathursa
we hav not moov yet nor I
Cant tel when we will I thought

before now but I hav got to bleav
our men is A fraid to attact the

& I hav plenty of muney
