Guists Brigade Co H 16 Regt
Mrs Lee I take this opertunity to drop
a few lines to you but I have to write
in a hurry as the Mail leaves in a few
Minutes & My Dear Sister I wish I could
Give you Some Satsfaction about
Harison but I cant tel you any
More about him than I have wrote
to you before & I don’t know much
More about him than you do for
Harison was Sent of on the rail road
to some Hospital & I dont know where
& the news come that He was ded
& that is all that we can heare but
as you have not receaved no letter from
the Dr I hope that it is not so
I wish I did know for certain wheth
er he is ded or not & if I ever
heare any thing More about Him I
will write to ou & May God Bless
you & your Children so nothing more
at present but remains your Friend
& Brother
